1. 研究目的与意义

With economic development, negotiations are frequently occurred, but negotiations need to use language tools to complete. Language in business negotiations is like bridges, occupying an important position, because business negotiation is essentially the progress of the negotiators using language to convey ideas and exchange views, and ultimately to persuade the other party. Using appropriate language can make the negotiations begin, or on the other hand, would be at an impasse, even collapse. Therefore, it is very important to understand the features of business negotiation, flexibly use business negotiation language skills, and skillfully use these languages to achieve the success of the negotiations. This article tries to analyze the Language skills of business negotiation from the perspective of its language features.

to a great extent, the success of negotiation depends on the excellent use of language arts. therefore, understanding the characteristics of negotiation language, mastering the language techniques in negotiation, and managing to achieve #8220;the four skillfulness#8221; are favorable for winning business negotiations. this article is to study the effect of language features in language skills in business negotiation.

3. 国内外研究现状

The nations in the leading position in the field of business negotiation language study, like United States, established dedicated negotiation research institutions to research the influence of languages in business negotiation. The research contents include negotiation language and skills. The enterprise manager Harry Simon once said, what makes the commercial negotiations succeed was the splendid using of the language skills by both sides of negotiations. The author of #8220;The Negotiation Game#8221; and #8220;Giving and Taking#8221; Carlos thinks that we should pay attention to words in negotiations to create a good atmosphere, observe and analyze the behavior of language. The author of #8220;The new Negotiating Leverage#8221;, Kennedy, highlights the emphasis on the language in the role of business negotiation in his book. He points out: language is everything in the negotiation.

Compared with western countries, our country started relatively late in the study of negotiation language in business. Due to historical reasons, until the third plenary session of CPC, especially since the reform and opening up, we gradually pay attention to language study in business negotiation. So, in general, our study also lacks a systematic theory. But so far, Chinese negotiation experts and scholars have already made immortal contribution in this field. Especially in recent years, related works constantly enrich the theory of language in business negotiation.

4. 计划与进度安排

Chapter one is a brief introduction of business negotiation discussed in this paper. Chapter two discusses the role of communication in business negotiation, and analyzes the importance of communication. Chapter three analyzes linguistic features in business negotiation language, and introduces its characters as well as effects. In chapter four some business negotiation language skills are discussed, and it introduces some methods of application. Chapter five introduces language skills from the perspective of linguistic features in business negotiation. In this part, there are some cases to give a support. In chapter six, there is a conclusion, concluding the role which linguistic features play in language skills in business negotiation.
